Video of cars, ships wrecked by tsunami waves after Japan earthquake

Soooo terrible.........!

Tsunami Hits Japan

"A devastating tsunami triggered by the biggest earthquake on record in Japan looked set to kill at least 1,000 people along the northeastern coast on Friday after a wall of water swept away everything in its path."

Urban area is devastated

Cargo container is scattered

"The government warned there could be a small radiation leak from a nuclear reactor whose cooling system was knocked out by the quake. About 3,000 residents in the area some 240 km (150 miles) north of Tokyo had been moved out of harm's way."
"Underscoring grave concerns about the Fukushima plant, the U.S. air force delivered coolant to avert a rise in the temperature of its nuclear rods, but officials said a leak was still possible because pressure would have to be released."

The Fujishima Daini Nuclear Power Plant

"The quake, the most powerful since Japan started keeping records 140 years ago, sparked at least 80 fires in cities and towns along the coast."

Oil floating on water burns.

"Japan has prided itself on its speedy tsunami warning system, which has been upgraded several times since its inception in 1952, including after a 7.8 magnitude quake triggered a 30-meter high wave before a warning was given."

Whirlpool caused by Tsunami

"The unfolding disaster in the wake of the 8.9 magnitude earthquake and 10-meter (33-feet) high tsunami prompted offers of search and rescue help from 45 countries."

I sympathized with Japan and quite worried about the alert level two in here. Yeah, Philippines is on alert level two now because of the possibilities of the Tsunami hitting this place also.
And I regret that i missed the Hale Comet that flew through our sky last night. They said it was very impressive. Some also said that it was an 'alamat'. Felt like I missed half of my life on it! Ugh!

What drives me crazy along the way

FDC was over... but what happened along the way opened up a lot of new experience for me. Here...

I'm one of the member of programs and communication committee... and 'accidentally' involved in the dissemination... got me full of exhausting rides.

1. We went to the Capitol for follow-ups... and hope to see the newly-elected Governor Rommel Jalosjos.

The 'on construction' Capitol
Inside the fabulous office of Provincial Governor
Another subway to the exact office
Me and Franco is a bit nervous but still courageous enough to take this silly picture.
And our most frustrating moment is when we're not able to go with Sir Ryan for the Guest Speaker's profile. Guess what? Sir Ryan was so lucky to got to talk face to face with the Governor. Awww....! I really regret that I missed it!!

2. Chased down low and up high and 'played' hide and seek just to catch with Ma'am Bebs for the program. And I unintentionally had myself watch Street Dance Competition... They're really beautiful! Go Sibugaynon!

Street dance during Araw ng Capitol

I got stuck in the middle of these people!
3. In the middle of the way...we actually successfully hold the Convocation Program. And I am happy that one of my proposed theme was accepted by Dr. Lopina.

Just got this one left in my phone.
4. And sempat jugak kami give time for the making of our banner. This is really sowt... Ma'am Radj actually ask us to buy Cactus print paper and we bought it for her. Tapi saybit jap carik printhouse for rush tarpauline printing. Thanks God ada jugak.

Doing some editing for the final lay-out

Cris...excited to get the finished tarpaulin.
5. And for the rest of my life I've never done this freaking thing... This is my first time to run the solicitation letter to different companies. And I pity Sir Ryan for including himself in this job which it supposed to be done by us only.

Went to this 'cold' shop... The manager is soooo...... namau cakaplaaaa...
6. The Ecumenical Mass was cancelled. Totally cancelled. I can't quite remember the reason but I think the reason is that it seemed to be there's only ONE Priest in the whole Ipil, and hell he's not available on that time, even though the communication was sent ahead of time to him.

7. The Talent Night and Variety Show was gone fine... I missed all our girls' night out during the whole Sibugay week, and the Lolas managed to stick with each other for the show.

8. Thanks God Ma'am Radj got these 'armaments' for our committee. I really got had time using her notebook laptop because I'm not used to use it without mouse. And MS Word 2010 is really new to me. Nevertheless, things went just right.

Very small but terrible
The Program
9. The event went successful....

My life was so busy then... Full packed with enormous tasks, appointments, to-do's, etc etc... while there's still exam out there waiting for me to care for.

Accidentally worn this pair and I'm sick of it!

Went to Atty. Rambuyong's office
At the end of the day I slept tight
It's good to wake up from ma's bed
At the end of the day, somehow and in some way, I realized that I love the fast-paced life that I experienced along the way.

Nobody gets too much heaven

Painful goodbye is waving goodbye to someone worth more than thousands of golds and diamonds. 😢 They are a thousand sunshines. The bright...
